The Stationery Chic – Refund & Exchange Policy

At The Stationery Chic, every product is crafted with care and intention. To preserve the quality and integrity of our offerings, we have established the following refund and exchange guidelines

Physical Products

All physical product sales are FINAL. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once an order has been placed. This includes planners, inserts, notepads, vellum covers, and all stationery products.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact your local USPS office with photos of the package and product. They will guide you through the claim process. You may also reach out to us at [email protected], and we will support you in finding the best resolution based on the situation.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of instant-download files, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable. Once payment is confirmed, we are unable to cancel, refund, or exchange digital items under any circumstances. By purchasing digital items, you agree to these terms.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase OR before payment processing is completed. After this timeframe, orders immediately enter processing and cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.

Color & Display Disclaimer

Please note that product colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor, printer, and device settings. These variations do not qualify as defects.
