Processing Time

Once payment is received, all physical orders require 7–10 business days for processing.

Please note that this timeframe does not include weekends, national holidays, or non-national observances in which postal services are paused.

Because each item is prepared and packaged with precision, we are unable to expedite processing times.

Shipping

All physical products are shipped through USPS. Once your order has been scanned by the carrier, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times may vary based on location and postal service volume, and delays outside our control may occur.

The Stationery Chic is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by USPS
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier

Digital Products

Digital items are not shipped. They are delivered instantly via email once payment is confirmed.

Delivery Issues

If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local USPS office first. They will provide the most accurate and immediate information regarding your parcel’s location.

Order Changes

Once an order has shipped, we cannot update the address, modify items, or reroute the package.
